A dedicated 8 week Physiotherapy and Pilates-based exercise programme for expectant mums who want to be fit for the big moment. This programme covers posture awareness, exercises for posture, breathing & relaxation, core stability and pelvic floor exercises. Classes are instructed by a Chartered Physiotherapist in Women's Health.
