Regular practice throughout pregnancy will be helpful in dealing with all the changes, both emotional and physical, which happen during this incredible experience. The physical asana practice will help to increase body awareness, strength, flexibility and stamina. Different birthing positions are explored so that it is possible to be more in control of the actual birth.
Mums to be may commence this course once they are 14 weeks pregnant or over.
